What to Tell Us When You Ring
A couple of details up front often means we can bring the right part first time and finish the job in one visit.
- The make and model — usually on a label on the front or underside of the boiler.
- Any fault code showing on the display — this is the single most useful thing you can tell us.
- What's actually happening — no heating, no hot water, both, or something intermittent.
- Roughly how old it is, and whether it's still under a manufacturer warranty.
- Your postcode — so we can confirm straight away that you're in our patch.
Getting a quote for a new boiler? Photos of the existing boiler and the pipework underneath it, emailed over, let us give you a much closer indication before we even visit.
