Boiler Installation
A new boiler is one of the bigger things you'll spend money on in the house, so it's worth getting right. We survey the property properly and size the boiler to your home — the number of radiators, the bathrooms, the water pressure — rather than fitting whatever happens to be on the van.
You get a fixed written quote with the options explained in plain English, so you can see exactly what you're paying for and what the alternatives would cost.
- Combi boilers — heating and hot water on demand, no cylinder or tanks, ideal where space is tight.
- System boilers — work with a hot water cylinder, better for homes with two or more bathrooms.
- Regular (heat only) boilers — the traditional setup with a cylinder and feed tanks, often the sensible swap in older properties.
- Conversions and relocations — moving to a combi, or moving the boiler to a different wall, loft or garage.

Typical cost: most straightforward combi swaps come in between roughly £1,800 and £3,000 supplied and fitted, depending on the make, model and output. Conversions, relocations and extra controls add to that. Every job is quoted individually — ring us for a firm price.
Boiler Repair
When a boiler goes down we work out what's actually wrong before spending your money. That means proper fault-finding — pressures, electrical testing, flue gas readings — not swapping parts until something changes.
We'll tell you straight whether a repair makes financial sense or whether you'd be better putting the money towards a replacement. If it's fixable and worth fixing, we fix it.

Gas Engineer Services
Boilers are most of what we do, but not all of it. Anything that involves the natural gas supply in your property has to be done by a Gas Safe registered engineer by law — and we're set up to do it and certificate it properly.

Natural gas only. JJK Gas Services works exclusively on mains natural gas appliances. We do not install, repair or service LPG boilers or LPG appliances. If your property runs on LPG you'll need an engineer whose Gas Safe registration covers that fuel category.
